Some Thoughts
| 1. This action is not about an inability to pay we have in fact made every payment until the payments were refused by the bank but rather about issue of fact about sums of money that the bank says that we owe which sums we claim are very different. I do have the ability to pay. | |
| 2. Their complaint is defected on it's face as we in fact do present the cancelled checks for payments that that the complaint clearly claims in paragraph .... that we did not make. | |
| 3. Bad Faith The plaintiff has only yesterday supplied a portion of the documents requested by me and prior counsel which documentation supplied yesterday still does not support the plaintiffs claims. |
